SchimmelWänner SWR-251, I made this in the same way I made the HS-21; I grabbed a bunch of pieces from the old version of PMG, then I edited into what you see in Gimp.
And yes, I realize that it looks like a very heavy pistol, and wouldn't exactly be very practical in standard, urban CQC.
